In this matter, Hon’ble DRAT has passed an order dated 06.07.2026 stating that the impugned order dated 20.04.2023 was passed simply by observing that appellant was not taking the proceedings seriously, therefore, the said order has been set aside.
Accordingly, this MA stands disposed of. Registry is directed to revive the SA no. 652/2022 and to be listed on 20.08.2026 before Registrar and get the pleadings completed. Thereafter list the matter in second week of September, no further opportunity shall be granted.
