1' The Appricant Bank fired the present oA against Defendant for recovery of a total sum of Rs.22,55,o24l- (Rupees Twenty two Lakhs Fifty Five thousand and .Twenty _.{our only) with further interest @ 11.15olo p.a with monthly rests ir:oni:. O,.I2.2O2S till the date of realization. : 04 l4ril 42r

2' As per the averments in the apprication, the Appricant Bank states that defendant availed personal loan of Rs.25,00,000 /_ vide agreement dated 21.09.2023 and agreed to repay om 72 instailments with an EMI of Rs.48,616/- p.m. After availing the loan facility, the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the applicant bank crassified the account as NpA and legar notice was issued on 06.L7.2ozs. Inspite ofseverar requests and demands, the defendants did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.

Defendant called absent and set exparte on 25.02.2025.

Smt M. Sarala, Manager of the Applicant Bank examined herself as AW.1 and exhibited relevant documents, which are marked as Ex.A.1 to A.8.

Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant Bank.

Defendant was set exparte. To substantiate the case of the Applicant Bank, AW.1, officiar of the Appricant Bank was examined and he exhibited rerevant documents as Ex.A1 to A.g. In view of the above,

OA against the Defendant and hence the Applicant Bank is entitled to recover the claim made in the OA with future interest and costs.

8, In the result, the present OA is allowed with costs, as under: The Defendant is riable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.22,55,O24l- (Rupees Twenty two Lakhs Fifty Five thousand and Twenty four only) with further interest @ 11.15% p.a from 09.72.2025 till the date of realization.

9' The Appricant Bank is arso entitred to proceed against the person and properties of defendant towards realization of the debt due.

The Applicant Bank is entifled to the costs of the OA.

The Applicant shall flle a cost memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.

Issue Recovery certificate accordingly.

Communicate a copy of the order to the parties concerned.
