As^per the averments^{in the application, the Applicant Bank states that} defendant availed^{personal loan of Rs.25,00,000/-vide agreement} dated 21.08.2023^{and agreed to repay in 72 installmentswith an EMI} of Rs.48,616/-^{p.m. After availing the loan facility,the defendant} failed to comply the terms of^{sanction,hence the applicantbank} classified the account as^{NPA and legal notice was issued on} 06.11,2025. Inspite^{ofseveral requestsand demands,the defendants} did not clear the outstanding.^{Hence this OA'}
