| Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1698 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the O.A. No.1527 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- and the Applicant had issued Settlement Letter dated 07.10.2025 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1698 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.1527 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. |
