Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1822 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.1084 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
