Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.27,13,944.59. Now, the Applicant wants to withdraw the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.2840 of 2025 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.1283 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
