Mr Rathod representing the applicant, submits that (i) his client has defaulted the undertaking and (ii) as per the undertaking, his client will handover the physical possession to the secured creditor. However, today, he requests the Tribunal to grant an opportunity to approach the secured creditor for an amicable settlement. 2. At the request of the applicant’s counsel, list the matter for compliance on the next date. It is clarified that in case the applicant failed to comply with the order or settle the matter, the Tribunal shall pass appropriate order on the next date. 3.
