Application no. 91/2023 is allowed. B. Registry is directed to issue the recovery certificate for the Original Application amount i.e. Rs.10,98,224.10 along with contractual rate of interest from the date of the filing of the Original Application till actual payment /realisation. C. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site.
