In view of the above statement made by the counsel for the applicant-bank, I pass the following order through video conferencing. ORDER 1. As the account is closed and nothing remains to be paid the Original Application No.141/2022 is disposed of as settled. 2. The original documents, if any filed be returned as per rules. 3. Court fees be refunded as per rules and as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. 4. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site.
