1. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is a
fresh Securitisation Application along with Interlocutory
Application for stay and request for issuance of notice to the
respondents.

2. The Securitisation Application has been filed against the
HDFC Bank. HDFC Limited and HDFC bank are already
merged and now they are one entity only.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has
served the notice to learned counsel for the respondent bank.
4. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that he
is ready and willing to deposit 25% of the 13(2) notice
amount with the respondent bank.
5. In view of the above, I pass the following order :
ORDER
A. Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondents to

be served by the applicant through all prescribed modes including by hand along with complete paper book.
B. The respondent is directed to file reply to the Securitisation Application and Interlocutory Application within four week and applicant to file rejoinder if any within two weeks thereafter.
C. The applicant is directed to deposit 25% of the 13(2) notice amount as stated by the applicant with the respondent bank.
D. The respondent bank is directed not take further coercive steps if the applicant deposit 25% of the 13(2) notice amount.
List this matter through VC/hybrid before Registrar for completion of pleading on17^thJanuary, 2024.
