The Hon’ble DRAT held that since the appeal has been restored, said order will be the subject to the final outcome of the appeal allowing securitisation application will have to be now examined. 3 In view of the above, Ipass the following order : ORDER
		A. Misc. Application No. 13/2023 is disposed ofwith liberty to approach the Tribunal as and when the appeal is decided. B. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site.
