ORDER
This petition is filed for transfer of SA 220/2017 pending on the file of DRT, Coimbatore to DRT within the jurisdiction of DRAT, Chennai.
learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore passed an order on 31.10.2025 stating that one of the parties in SA 220/2017 had consulted him while practicing as a lawyer in Chennai. Thus, judicial propriety demands him to refrain from hearing and deciding the matter on merits. He advised the parties to transfer the petition to some other Tribunal. Accordingly, this transfer petition is filed.
