This appeal is filed against the order in IA 24/2025,

an application filed for staying the further proceedings in SA

2/2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, wherein, the learned Presiding Officer stayed all the further proceedings pursuant to the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.35537/2024 subject to payment of 30% of the suit amount. Aggrieved against this order, this appeal is filed.

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No. 212/2024 on 30.09.2024 is still pending.

In the said circumstances, this Tribunal is of the

view that this appeal can be disposed by giving direction to the learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore, to dispose the SA 2/2025 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. dispose the SA 2/2025 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.

In fine, this appeal is disposed directing the learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore, to dispose the SA 2/2025 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be an order of Stay against taking possession of the property for a period of one month from today. Thereafter, it is for the learned Presiding Officer to decide on continuance or discontinuance of the Stay depending on the need and exigency.

In the result, this appeal is disposed of accordingly.
