This matter is listed for hearing as per the orders of the
Hon’ble High Court of Madras in CRP 856/2021 wherein a direction to dispose this appeal as early as possible preferably by 30/09/2025. After restoration, the appeal gets adjourned on the basis of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter had been settled and sought time for reporting settlement.
Despite giving sufficient opportunities, parties, especially
the appellant has not reported settlement and thus, this matter was ordered to be listed today ‘for dismissal’. Today also, there is no representation for both parties. Thus, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Parties shall bear their own costs.
