From 6.10.2025, this matter was posted to this date for hearing the submission of Ld. Counsel for the appellant and it was made clear on that day that failure to advance the arguments by Ld. Counsel for appellant would result in the disposal of the appeal based on the records available and on the basis of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for R1 Bank and R2 auction purchaser.
Despite that there is no representation for the Ld. Counsel on record for the appellant. His junior counsel Shri S.Yogeshwar is present and sought time for arguments.
Since it is already made clear on 6.10.2025 that failure to argue the matter today i.e., 12.11.2025, would result in the disposal of the appeal, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
