Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the S.A. No. 544/2017 is pending consideration before the Tribunal below, therefore, a direction be issued to decide the same most expeditiously preferably within the time bound frame, but the undertaking given by the Bank on 17.02.2021 may be ordered to be continued till the final disposal of the said S.A.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has no objection to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed off with direction upon the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad to consider and decide the S.A. No. 544/2017 in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The undertaking given by the respondent-Bank on 17.02.2021 shall continue till the expiry of four months or final disposal of the said S.A., whichever is earlier.
