Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 30.11.2023 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 996/2023, whereby the interim application has been deferred and the case has been fixed for hearing on the issue of limitation as well as the interim relief. As such there is no good ground made out for interfering in the order impugned as the Tribunal below has only fixed the case for hearing on the interim relief as well as the limitation. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs.
