Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal may be disposed off with a direction to the Tribunal below to decide the S.A. within the stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri Sanjai Singh is out of station, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
List this case on 26.05.2023 for rejoinder. Till then the undertaking given by the respondent-Bank on 17.02.2021 shall continue.
