Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Udai Chandani could not come today due to some personal difficulty, therefore, adjournment is prayed for.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the property has already been sold and sale certificate has also been issued by the Recovery Officer and the Bank is not proceeding under the SARFAESI Act, therefore, the present application has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the misc. application is disposed off as having become infructuous. In case, the applicant has any grievance, he is at liberty to file appropriate application for recalling this order passed today.
