He submits that Section and Act is not required to mention in this restoration application in respect of defect No.(ii).In respect of defect No. (iii), Ld. Advocate has submitted that he already prayed for leave to the Hon’ble Chairperson regarding notarraying the name of Respondent No. 2 & 3 from the SA, so deletion petition is not required and prays to place the matter before the Hon’ble Chairperson.
