Ld. Advocate Mr. Anjan Kumar Paul appears for Applicant and submits that Section and Act is not required to mention in this restoration application in respect of defect No.(ii). In respect of defect No. (iii), Ld. Advocate has submitted that he has already prayed leave to Hon’ble Chairperson to delete the name of Respondent No. 2 & 3, so the deletion petition is not required. And in regard to defect No. (i) & (iv), Ld. Advocate prays time to file delay petition and online uploading the affidavit.
