Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the IA No. 343/2023 being Urgency Application.
As per direction of the Hon’ble High Court, the application filed by the respondent-Bank with regard to maintainability of the appeal is to be decided within two months from the date of order, which is dated 14/03/2023. The matter is already fixed for 12/05/2023, which is in the next week of this month. As such the said date is not required to be preponed. Hence, the urgency application being IA No. 343/2023 filed by the respondent-bank is rejected.
