The present application has been filed U/s 17A(2) of the RDB Act, 1993 for transfer of S.A No. 483/2021 from the DRT, Allahabad to another DRT under jurisdiction of this Appellate Tribunal.
The ground as mentioned in the aforesaid application does not warrant any interference by this Appellate Tribunal. This Tribunal has no doubt that the Tribunal below shall consider and decide the S.A No. 483/2021 strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed off.
