Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the urgency application being I.A. No. 620/2022.
The report of the registrar dated 22.11.2022 shows that the present appeal is already fixed for 23.12.2022. Perusal of the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 01.11.2022 shows that the response has been called for from the respondents including the District Administration with regard to the averments, which was made on that date as well as the averment made in the urgency application.
Accordingly, the urgency application is disposed off.
List this case on the date as already fixed i.e. 23.12.2022.
