The office report dated 15.12.2023 shows that no proof has been filed by the appellant with regard to deposit of 50% of the amount due as per order dated 14.03.2023. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
The said report further reveals that the reply to the waiver application has not been filed by the Bank as well as the auction purchaser. As last opportunity, let the same be filed by the next date, failing which their right to file reply on the waiver application shall stand closed.
