Present: None for the appellants, Shri A. K. Srivastava, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that for the last two occasions, none is appearing for the appellants and today also, none is present on behalf of the appelalnts.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank further states that no amount has been deposited by the appellants towards predeposit, therefore, the appeal itself is not maintainable.
Since none is present on behalf of the appellant today, list this case on 30.09.2022. If no one appears on behalf of the appellant on that date, appropriate order shall be passed.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank may file reply by the next date, if so desired.
Learned counsel for the appellant may take steps for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2 to 24, as the office report indicates that no steps have been taken by the appellants.
