The office report dated 14.12.2023 shows that the necessary amendment in the array of parties has not been done by the appellant pursuant to the order dated 12.01.2023 and impleadment application being I.A. No. 1023/2023 as well as delay condonation application are pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the rejoinder could not be filed online due to some difficulty in network, therefore, some time may be granted to file the same. Let the same be done within a week.
Issue notice to the respondents on the impleadment application being I.A. No. 1023/2023 by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
List this case along with appeal Dy. No. 586/2022 on 20.03.2024 for service. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
