The office report dated 13.03.2023 shows that no pre-deposit has been made and as per report of the Registrar dated 16.09.2021, it was submitted on behalf of the appellants that the appellants have already deposited 50% of the amount due after issuance of demand notice. However, there is nothing on record to show that any amount has been deposited by the appellants. Let the appellants file proof of deposit by the next date.
