Present: Shri A. K. Pal, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, counsel for the appellants,
Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-bank and states that he has received instruction from the Bank and prays for some time to file reply.
