Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 states that there is nothing on record to show that the appellant has raised any construction over the property in question nor there is anything on record to show that what amount has been spent on the said construction.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that till the next date of listing, no action shall be taken with regard to deposit of money by the auction purchaser.
