Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 09.01.2023 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 83/2021.
The report of the Registrar dated 15.03.2023 shows that the urgency application being I.A. No. 179/2023, the waiver application being I.A. No. 199/2023, delay condonation application being I.A. No. 198/2023 and Interim relief application being I.A. No. 180/2023 are pending consideration.
Since the matter has been taken up, therefore, the urgency application being I.A. No. 179/2023 has become infructuous. Hence the same stands disposed off as such.
The office report dated 16.03.2023 shows that no pre-deposit has been made.
Learned counsel for the appellants prays for two days’ time to make pre-deposit. Let the pre-deposit be made within two days.
