Ld. Advocate Mr. Anjan Kumar Paul appears for appellant. He submits that in regard to defect at Sl. No.(i) in order dated 14/06/2023, he has discussed the issue with the Section Oficer, DRT, Visakhapatnam and states that ‘true copy of original doucument’ stamp is affixed while issuing certified copy from DRT, Visakhapatnam. Ld. Advocate submits that the copy of impugned order which has been annexed to the memorandum of appeal may be treated as certified copy.
In regard to defect at Sl. No. (ii) Ld. Advocate Also submits that due to inadvertent mistake Respondent No. 2 & 3 has been added as party in this appeal and prays for time to file an amendment petition to expunge their name.
None appears for Respondent.
Post the matter on 12/07/2023 to file amendment petition by the Appellant.
