Ld. Advocate Mr. Anjan Kumar Paul appears for appellant and submits that in respect of defect mentioned in sl.no.(i), in Registry bench order dated 14.06.2023,the copy of impungned order annexed to the memorandum of appeal may be treated as certified copy.
In regard to defect at Sl. No. (ii) Ld. Advocate Also submits that due to inadvertent mistake Respondent No. 2 & 3 has been added as party in this appeal and hence prays for time to file an amendment petition to expunge their name.
None appears for Respondent.
Post the matter on 12/07/2023 to file amendment petition by the Appellant.
