THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the order dated 29.1.2024 regarding pre deposit could not be made as the Appellant is ill. I do not find any ground for further extension of time for compliance. Accordingly, the appeal is not maintainable for want of pre-deposit.
Accordingly, the instant appeal, being Diary No. 333 of 2023, is dismissed for non compliance of the mandatory provisions of pre deposit.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record room.
