Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellants has raised various issues before this court, which have been objected by the counsel for the respondent-bank. However, it is not disputed that the S.A. No. 144/2023 is still pending consideration before the Tribunal below. It has been argued by the counsel for the respondent-Bank that the order impugned in the present case is a consenting order, which has not been complied with by the appellants.

Be that as it may, the S.A. filed by the appellants is still pending before the Tribunal below for adjudication on merits, therefore, the appellants are at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Tribunal below for redressal of their grievances, which they may have, if so desired. If such application is moved before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law, most expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the present appeal is finally disposed off.
