On a mention being made on behalf of the appellant, the case has been taken up today.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the auction was scheduled to be held on 14.03.2023, but the same could not take place for want of the bid. Learned counsel for the appellant further contends that all the proceedings have been drawn by the Bank against a dead person, therefore, the same are bad in law.
Shri Avinash Jaiswal, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submits that he shall file reply to the submission made by the counsel for the appellant by the next date.
