Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 303/2023 and recall application being I.A. No. 302/2023, by which it is prayed that the order dated 15.02.2023 be recalled, by which the applicant was required to deposit the mandatory pre-deposit by 08.05.2023. It is stated that after issuance of demand notice, the appellant has deposited Rs. 3.70 lacs with the Bank. It is further contended that no further pre-deposit is required to be made.
Let the counsel for the respondent-Bank file reply to the aforesaid averments made by the counsel for the applicant.
The urgency application stands disposed off.
