It is contended in the urgency application being I.A. No. 129/2023 that the sole appellant had expired on 18.05.2022 and the substitution application being I.A. No. 130/2023 has been moved on 20.02.2023, which is to be considered. The report of the registrar dated 22.02.2023 shows that the next date fixed in this case is 08.05.2023.
The next date fixed in the case is too long and the substitution application is still pending consideration, therefore, the date already fixed in the case is preponed from 08.05.2023 to 29.03.2023 for considering the substitution application.
