Received a copy of affidavit of service by the office today which was sent by the Ld. Counsel for appellant.On verification of postal tracking reports enclosed to the Affidavit of service it is observed that out of six numbers of respondents, service is completed upon respondent No. 1only.
Hence, Ld. Counsel for appellant is directed for service of summons upon the Respondent No. 2 to 6 by way of paper publication to be published in two widely circulated local daily newspapers; one in English and the other in vernacular, and file affidavit of service on the next date.
Post the matter on 18.01.2023 for filling affidavit of service in respect of newspaper publication.
