Ld. Counsel Ms. Sangeeta Kar for Ld. Counsel Mr. Sandeep Joshi appears for Respondent No. 2 & 3 and submits that restoration petition has not been received by them.
None appears for Respondent No. 1 & 4.
Vide order dated 09/12/2019 of Hon’ble Chairperson, Appeal No. 141 of 2017 was dismissed and Ld. Counsel for Appellant filed a restoration petition being Misc. Application I.A. No. 14 of 2020 on 06/01/2020.
Ld. Counsel for Applicant filed affidavit of service as on 02/12/2022 in respect of Respondent No. 1, 2 & 3. Respondent no.1 was served by e-mail and to Ld. Counsel of respondent no. 2 & 3 by hand. He also submitted that the remaining Respondent No. 4 was not appearing in main appeal since inception despite of newspaper publication so the restoration application was not served upon said Respondent. Hence, Ld Counsel of Applicant was directed for effective service upon Respondent No. 1 ase-mail of Ld. Counsel of Respondent No. 1 is not available on record.
