Ld. Counsel Mr. Nemani Srinivas appears for Appellant and files affidavit of service for newspaper publication upon respondent Nos. 2 to 6 and submits that service upon all the respondents are confirmed.Hence prays to place the matter before Hon’ble Chairperson.

On verification of affidavit of service submitted by the Ld. Counsel for appellant on 05/01/2023 it was observed that out of six respondents, only respondent No. 1 was effectively served.
Defects in Sl. No. 2 out of two numbers of defect mentioned in order dated 15/11/2022 was rectified by the Ld. Counsel for appellant on 30/11/2022. Ld. Counsel alsosubmits that defect at Sl.
