Amendment is formal in nature. No objection is filed. Accordingly, amendment application I.A. No. 155 of 2023 is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a week. Respondent may file the opposition if any, within three weeks with copy to the Appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
