THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned senior counsel for the respondent bank submits that order passed by learned Civil Judge was under challenge before Hon’ble High Court at Telangana wherein order passed by learned Civil Judge was set aside in the Revisional proceeding. Learned senior counsel prays two weeks’ time to file counter to the supplementary affidavit filed by the appellant with copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
