Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the property has already been sold by the Respondent Bank, as has been stated in the supplementary affidavit filed on 21st July, 2022. Interestingly, no counter is filed against the supplementary affidavit by the Respondent; however, Learned Counsel for Appellant prays for time to seek instructions.
