Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and perused the record. An amount of Rs. 5 lakh (Rupees five lakh) was deposited by the Appellant as pre-deposit vide DD No. 534572 dated 30th September, 2022. Thereafter, Appeal was dismissed vide order dated 4th August, 2023. Accordingly, Misc. Application Dy. No. 596 of 2023 is allowed. Appellant is at liberty to withdraw the amount of pre deposit in accordance with law. Registry to proceed in accordance with law.
