THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Bare perusal of the Memo of Appeal shows that the appeal is defective. Authorised Officer, Bank of Baroda and Authorised Officer, Indian Bank, have been impleaded as Respondents No. 1 and 2, but either of the banks, i.e. Bank of Baroda and Indian Bank, has not been impleaded as party Respondents though they are necessary parties.
Learned Counsel prays for and is granted a week’s time to move appropriate application for rectifying the defects.
