No. 194 of 2023 application for addition of party in compliance of order dated 14th March, 2023 that the Bank of Baroda as well as Indian Bank have not been impleaded as Respondents while only Authorised officers are made parties. Application is moved to implead the Bank of Baroda and Indian Bank as Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Application is formal in nature. Accordingly, I.A. No. 194 of 2023 is allowed. Appellant is directed to carry out amendment within a week. Thereafter, notices be issued to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Affidavit of service be filed within one week.
List on 9th June, 2023 the date already fixed.
