THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that in the nomenclature of the memo of Appeal, Respondent No. 2 is authorized Officer Allahabad Bank while Allahabad Bank is merged with Indian Bank. Accordingly, Appellant should carry out the necessary amendment during the course of the day. Thereafter fresh notices be issued to Respondent No. 2 only for hearing of I.A. No. 77 of 2021. Affidavit of service be filed within a week.
