It appears from the order dated 2nd August, 2022, passed by the Registrar, that the Appellant was seeking time to file withdrawal application as O.A. 282 of 2014 is already disposed of by the Learned DRT. This appeal is preferred against the interim order passed in the aforesaid O.A.
Accordingly, the appeal, being Appeal No. 05 of 2022, is dismissed in default.
