THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that respondent no.1 has not filed opposition nor served copy. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that appellant has not served copy of the paper-book. However, copy of the affidavit of service filed on 15.04.2021 indicates that memo of appeal has been served upon respondent no.1. It is a dilatory tactics on behalf of the respondent no.1. Respondent no.1’s submission that he has not received the paper-book could not be accepted.
